J09 – Jr. Web Analyst
This is a contract position. The ideal candidate is someone with 2 years of web analytics experience in a high traffic retail environment. This person would have experience analyzing marketing campaigns, merchandise traffic/transactions, and site usage. This position is responsible for providing analysis and recommendations in addition to creating dashboards and reports.

Required Experience/Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • Two years of working with standard clickstream analysis tools: Omniture, WebTrends, HBX, CoreMetrics etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead proactive deep-dive analysis projects while still able to handle ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Experience in online high-volume ecommerce environment.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Prior business analysis experience in large size companies with multiple functions / business units preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.
  • Contribute to improvements in processes (technical or business) used by analysts.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Support the analytic needs of a high-volume ecommerce business unit by analyzing web traffic using clickstream tools (e.g., Omniture).
  • Lead proactive deep-dive analysis projects while handling a continuous stream of ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Create holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources and websites for presentations to senior management team.
  • Web Analytics Analysts will typically focus on multiple business unit websites and support all facets of the decision making platform (clickstream analysis, outcomes analysis, search analysis, multivariate testing analysis). They will also work with the website technology team closely to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements. They will also be expected to partner outside the business units and outside the company to ensure that best practices in metrics and decision making are being exposed to the BU management and core website decision makers.

Our client is currently seeking a creative and talented Package Designer with outstanding creative work and a portfolio to show it. Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of professional background working in package design. Candidate must be able to follow a written brief and create on-strategy, on trend, creative design solutions. Experience with or have a passion for fragrance, body or skin care packaging is a huge plus. Software knowledge to include: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; experience with 3D rendering a plus. Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively under tight time frames while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail and professionalism. Candidate must have the ability to take a project from concept to completion.

Job Description:
  • Works directly with Senior Designer and creative team to solve design challenges by developing compelling package solutions including fragrance and body care primary and secondary packaging, GWPs, Gift Sets, Point of Purchase displays, and collateral material
  • Is highly proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign and is knowledgeable with the printing process
  • Works collaboratively with Design, Marketing and Product Development/ Sourcing teams to execute on product according to vendor capabilities, budget and client vision
  • Generates graphics from initial concept presentation to producing final files that follow printer specification properly
  • The Package Designer will have excellent communication skills, experience in meeting project deadlines and have experience managing suppliers, printers, deco services and quotes pertaining to graphics
  • Executes on marketing and promotional material as needed

Your primary responsibility is to help lead all website, web and mobile application development for our clients. You will have a detailed understanding of how interactive products function on the web and through interactive devices. As part of the team you will have the opportunity to work on projects for a wide range of clients. Projects can range from campaign sites and microsite interfaces, to rich media and display advertising. You will be expected to work closely with the Executive Creative Director and other team members to deliver compelling interactions.

Our client is looking for a Web Content Administrator for a long-term contract position in the Loop (Chicago). This position is an on-going contract position that does not have the possibility of converting to a permanent role.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years experience working in content management systems, in a Webmaster or Web Content Administrator role, for large ecommerce or Fortune 500 sites. The Web Content Administrator will be provided content by the creative team and will make updates through a proprietary CMS.

REQUIRED
  • Extensive knowledge of HTML, DHTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript
